Hi,
My name is Greg, and I live in Vancouver these days. I noticed that you mentioned wanted a Jackson or ESP to add to your collection. I gotta say, I've had nothing but good experiences with the LTD line. I have an EC400-AT and an EC1000-VHB and use them both in various tunings. The EC1000 is exception at holding tunings that are lower than standard. I recommend raising your string gauge slightly if you're using .10-.46 or lower.
For the money, you really can't go wrong with an ESP/LTD.

Wow, thats a pretty sweet collection you have got. I like how you have the lone fender in there. I'm a Gibson guy too, but down the road I would like to add a Strat to the collection as well.

I haven't made my millions in the IT industry yet though....

Hey !! great site !!
I will chime in with my rig if thats ok, My first guitar was an old Kay SG copy, I then moved slightly up with a Univox Les Paul And an Ibanez SG (both lawsuit guitars, I really wish I hadn't trashed 'em both with poor care and alot of different paint jobs LOL. I now have my act together and am fortunate to have a very good paying job in the automotive industry, so my current setup is this.

2005 Gibson Les Paul Standard (Heritage cherry Sunburst)

2005 Epiphone Les Paul Custom G400 (Antique ivory / 3 pickup SG style) Pickups replaced with Gibson 490R (neck) '57 Classic (middle) and a screaming 500T (bridge)

2006 Epiphone Les Paul Standard (wine Red) ALL electronics switched to Gibson, with a 490R 498T pickup set.

2005 Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio (Black DUH) Dimarzio PAF PRO (neck) Seymour Duncan SH4 JB (bridge)

2006 Fender 60th anniversary Stratocaster (Blizzard Pearl) Tex Mex pickup set.

2005 Marshall AVT50 Combo
Line 6 POD with Floorboard

It's been a busy year for me and the collection, I have sold many as well (to offset the cost of a rapid shopping spree), these are the ones I'm keeping though.

My next purchases (hopefully within the next 90 days) are as follows.

Gibson Explorer
Epiphone '58 flying "V"
Epiphone BB King "lucille"
Epiphone Zakk Wylde signature

Keep on rockin' my friend

Thanks for the link. I love the PODxt Live for recording. It just sounds so much different live than it does with the direct recording. I guess I will just have to spend more time sith it. ;-(
